Where can I park?

Parking is limited around Karangahape road, unfortunately we do not have parking available. If you’re able, get dropped off or catch public transport.

If you need to drive in, we suggest Greys ave, Day st, Galatos st, or Edinburgh st for paid street parking ($2-4 per hour) or you can try one of the paid parking buildings on Cross street or corner of Gundry st - please allow time to find a car park if you’re driving in for an appointment.

Do I have to make an appointment?

All of our artists handle their own calendar, therefore availability is different for each of us. You are most welcome to pop in to the studio without an appointment, we are happy to have a chat and answer any questions you may have. Sometimes one of our artists may have time available for a walk-in, however it’s more likely that they’ll arrange a booking with you for a different time & date.

It’s best to book in advance if you’re able, or send us a DM on instagram if you’re wanting to check availability last minute. We will usually post a story if anyone is available to take walk-ins, turn on notifications for @sacrament.nz so you don’t miss out

When are you open?

We are open 10am - 5pm Tuesday to Sunday, Monday’s are by appointment only. All of our artists make their own appointments and work different schedules, so if you want to see a specific person, it’s best to make contact with them directly to arrange a booking.

How do I access the studio?

We are located on the upper level of a 120 y/o heritage building on the corner of Karangahape road and Pitt street. You can find our entrance on the Pitt st corner next to Ritual. There are two wooden doors with ‘Sacrament’ signage on the glass above the doors, through these doors you’ll find our yellow stairs.

Unfortunately we are only accessible via 2 flights of stairs - we understand this is disappointing for our less able bodied folk. If you would like to arrange a booking with any of our artists and accessibility is an issue - please reach out to us! We can arrange an alternative accessible location for your booking.
